Invite Clients to Register (Coach Portal)

• There are multiple ways to invite your Clients to register with you on CoachFirst - read below to decide which method works best for your business.
• For security purposes, Clients are required to register with you before they can book a service with your business.
• The registration process only takes a couple minutes for the Client to complete, and includes important steps, including accepting a waiver for your business, and accepting CoachFirst's terms and conditions.

The Easiest Option: Send Clients a registration link

• We highly recommend sending Clients a registration link to register with your business and create their CoachFirst account - it's the easiest option for you and them!
• To send Clients a registration link, go to your Calendar
• Click on the Public Calendar link (below the Book a Session button)
• That will open a new browser tab; copy the address link on that tab and send it to your clients

Great for Social Media and Flyers: generate a QR code

• Click on the QR Code line next to the link for your Public Calendar
• The QR code can be used on social, added to an image or flyer, or anywhere else you want to market your company and have Clients sign up

Adding One Client at a Time: Add a Client and invite them to register

• Note: the Add a Client articles includes helpful information about Primary Members and Family Members, and when to use them

Uploading a Client list

• If you have an existing Client list in a spreadsheet that you have downloaded from a previous software provider or that you keep yourself, uploading that data into CoachFirst is a great option
• This can also be useful if you have information that you don't want to lose, such as remaining credits or client notes
