There are multiple ways to invite your clients to register with you, choosing the best way to do so depends on if the client is new or if you have already added them to your CoachFirst account.
Sending New Clients a Link to Register
Inviting new clients to register with your coaching business is as simple as sending them a link to your calendar. From that link they can register as a new user, add family members, sign your waiver, and have access the the CoachFirst client app and portal.
Sending a Link from the Hub App
- Click on the Calendar icon on the bottom of the screen
- Click on the link icon at the upper right hand corner of the Calendar
- This allows you to share the link in multiple ways, including:
- Sending by text or email
- Social media and other apps
- Copying the link, which you can add to your website or send to clients other ways
Sending a Link from the Coach Portal
- Click on Calendar in the main menu
- Click on "link" after Public Calendar just below the Schedule a Camp button at the upper right of the screen to copy the link
- You can also click on "QR Code" to generate a code that is great for including in social media content, on flyers, and other marketing materials
Inviting Existing Clients to Register
If you have been using CoachFirst to manage your calendar and clients, you can easily invite them to register with you while not losing any of their account history, including bookings, orders, credits, etc.
Inviting an Existing Client from the Coach Portal
- Click on Clients in the main menu
- For the client you want to invite to register, open the "Actions" menu to the tight of their name
- Select "Invite Client by Email" and the registration email will be sent to them
Adding New Clients & Inviting Them to Register
You can also add a new client and invite them to register in one step.
Adding a New Client and Inviting Them to Register in the Coach Portal
- Click on Clients in the main menu
- Click the "+Add Client" button
- Add at least one name field and the email address for the Client
- Check the box for "Send invite to client by email"
- When you save the client record, the email invitation will be sent to the Client
