How to upload a Waiver and have your Clients complete it

How to upload a Waiver

  1. Log in to the Coach Portal at https://portal.coachfirst.com/login
  2. Navigate to Settings -> Company Profile in the menu on the left
  3. Scroll to bottom of the screen and under Upload Waiver click on Choose File
  4. Select the file you want to upload (the file must be in .pdf format)

How to send a Waiver to a Client by e-mail

  1. In the Coach Portal, navigate to Clients in the menu on the left
  2. Click on the "Actions" button for the Client and select "Send Waiver by Email"
  3. The Client will receive a link to the waiver, which they can easily complete without needing to log in to their CoachFirst account

How to present a Waiver to a Client in person

  1. In the Coach Portal, navigate to Clients in the menu on the left

  2. Click on the "Actions" button for the Client and select "Present Waiver"
  3. A waiver for that Client opens in a new browser window; your Client can read and acknowledge the Waiver on the spot with their digital signature

How to track which Clients have a Waiver on file, and Waiver details

  1. In the Coach Portal, navigate to Clients in the menu on the left
  2. Under each Client's invitation status, if they have a waiver on file, the date and time that the Client completed the Waiver will be displayed
  3. For Waiver details, click on the "View" button for the Client and scroll down to the Signed Waiver section of the Client profile
  4. The Client's digital signature and date of completion are displayed
  5. By clicking on the View Signed Waiver link, you can view the specific version of the waiver that was completed by the Client
