View Orders and Remaining Credits

You can easily view your past orders and how many credits you have remaining on a package or for a membership in the CoachFirst app and Client Portal.

Viewing Orders and Credits in the CoachFirst app


  • To view Orders, click on the settings menu icon on the bottom right of the screen
  • Click on Orders
  • Click on any Order to view details about the order
  • You can also view any appointments related to the order, including those that have been cancelled (and if a credit was issued when it was cancelled)

  • To view your remaining credits for all services, click on the settings menu icon on the bottom right of the screen
  • Click on Credits to view all services, multi-class packages, and memberships


Viewing Orders and Credits in the Client Portal


  • Go to https://booking.coachfirst.com/login and login to your account
  • Click on the Primary Member name at the top right corner to open the menu
  • Click on Orders in the menu
  • Click on any "show" to view details about the order, including any attached appointments, remaining credits, and a link to a payment receipt if the order was paid for using a card
  • To view remaining credits for all services, select Credits from the menu
