Booking a 1:1 Service with Your Coach

If your coach has decided to enable client booking, follow these steps to find an open time and book a 1:1 service with them.


Booking a 1:1 in the CoachFirst app


To book a 1:1 service in the app, follow these steps:


  • From the Home screen, click on "Book Now" or from the Calendar click on the "+" menu at the lower right of the screen
  • Select the 1:1 service you want to book
  • Select the Coach
  • Use the calendar to find a day and time that is available for the Coach and press the Confirm button
  • Select your package, payment method, and credit card information and press the red Pay button to complete your order
    • If you have credits from a previously purchased package or membership, those will be displayed on the Remaining Sessions line and will automatically be used to complete the booking
  • When you complete your order you will be taken to the appointment on your calendar
    • Clicking on the appointment, you can add to your device calendar using the "Add to Calendar" button
    • If your Coach has emails turned on, you will receive an email confirmation for your booking


Booking a 1:1 in the CoachFirst Client Portal


To book a 1:1 service in the Client Portal, follow these steps:


  • Go to https://booking.coachfirst.com/login and login to your account
  • Click on "Book Now" which will take you to the Calendar page
  • Click the "1:1 Sessions" button on the upper left of the page
  • Select the 1:1 service you want to book
  • Select the Coach
  • Use the calendar to find a day and time that is available for the Coach and press the Next button
  • Select the package that you want to purchase and click Confirm Booking
    • If you have credits from a previously purchased package or membership, those will be displayed on the Remaining Sessions line and will automatically be used to complete the booking
  • Enter your payment information and press the Pay button to complete your order
  • You will see an Order Confirmation for your booking
    • You can add the service to your device calendar by clicking on "Add to Calendar"
    • If your Coach has emails turned on, you will receive an email confirmation for your booking
