Resolving Issues with your CoachFirst Account

If you experience an issue with your CoachFirst account, they can often be resolved by ensuring that you're running the latest version of the software, or be starting a fresh session on the app or portal.


Below are quick things you can try to access and use your account on the latest version of CoachFirst, whether you are using the CoachFirst app or logging into your account through a web browser.


Fixes when using the CoachFirst App

1. Logout of the CoachFirst app


  • Click on the settings icon at the lower right of the screen
  • Click on Sign Out on the menu, confirm you want to sign out
  • Once you have been signed out, log back in to the app


2. Close and restart the CoachFirst app




3. Other things you can try


  • Check to see if you are running the most recent version of the CoachFirst app




  • Check to see if you are running the most recent version of your device's operating system




  • Uninstall and re-install the CoachFirst app

Fixes when using the Client Portal on your mobile or desktop browser

1. Logout of the Client Portal


  • Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the page
  • Click on Logout on the menu
  • Once you have been signed out, log back in


2. Close your browser and start a new session


  • Before you close your browser, follow the instructions above to logout of your account (do not log back in until after you have restarted your browser, see below)
  • Once you have logged out, close any open browser tabs for CoachFirst
  • Restart your browser by closing and re-opening the browser you are using (e.g. Chrome, Safari, etc):



3. Other things you can try


  • If you are technically savvy, you can also try things like removing the cookies for the CoachFirst website, or clearing the cache on your browser.
  • Please note that it is easy to remove information from other sites, like saved passwords, as part of this process.
