Adding A Family Member to Your CoachFirst Account

In CoachFirst, there are two type of Members:
- Primary Members
- Family Members
Primary Members
- The Primary Member is the member who has access to the CoachFirst account using their email and password
- If you are a Parent signing up your kids for youth sports, you will be the Primary Member
- The Primary Member's email is used for all booking confirmations, service reminders, and other communications from CoachFirst
Family Members
- Family Members can be added to a Primary Member's CoachFirst account
- If you are signing one of your kids up for services, you will add them as Family Members
- Family Members do not have their own login credentials for CoachFirst, and therefore cannot access the CoachFirst portal or apps

Adding Family Members to Your Account
When You Initially Register with CoachFirst
- When you are registering with your Coach and creating your CoachFirst account, you can add Family Members as part of that process
- Choose one of the options that includes Family Members and add them at that time
Adding a Family Member to Your Account in the Client App
- Click on the settings menu at the bottom right of the screen
- Click on Family Members
- Add the name and date of birth for the Family Member and click "Add Member"

Adding a Family Member to Your Account in the Client Portal
- Go to https://booking.coachfirst.com/login and login to your account
- Click on the Primary Member name at the top right corner to open the menu
- Click on Members in the menu
- Click "Add More" and enter the information for the Family Member
- Click "Submit" to save the Family Member
