Booking a Class, Camp, or Multi-Day Program

To book a class, camp, or multi-day program with your Coach, follow the instructions below.
Booking a Class in the CoachFirst app
- Click on the Calendar icon in the center bottom of the screen
- Click on the red Book Classes/Show Calendar button at the bottom of the screen
- Use the Calendar to find the Class that you want to book, and click on that service
- Note: for Camps and Multi-Day Programs, booking is not currently available in the app; when you click on the service and the Camp Registration button it will take you to the Client Portal in your browser to complete registration (see below for more information)
- Select the member(s) that you want to book for the Class and click the Book Now button
- Select your package, payment method, and credit card information and press the red Pay button to complete your order
- If you have credits from a previously purchased package or membership, those will be displayed on the Remaining Sessions line and will automatically be used to complete the booking
- When you complete your order you will be taken to the calendar and see "Booked!" noted for the Class along with the names of members booked
- If your Coach has emails turned on, you will receive an email confirmation for your booking

Booking a Class in the Client Portal
To book a Class in the Client Portal, follow these steps:
- Go to https://booking.coachfirst.com/login and login to your account
- Click on "Book Now" which will take you to the Calendar page
- Use the Calendar to find the Class that you want to book, and click on that service
- Review the Class Details and click Continue Booking
- Select the member(s) that you want to book for the Class and the packge that you want to purchase and click the Confirm Booking button
- If you have credits from a previously purchased package or membership, those will be displayed on the Remaining Sessions line and will automatically be used to complete the booking
- Enter your payment information and press the Pay button to complete your order
- You will see an Order Confirmation for your booking
- You can add the service to your device calendar by clicking on "Add to Calendar"
- If your Coach has emails turned on, you will receive an email confirmation for your booking

Booking a Camp or Multi-Day Program in the Client Portal
To book a Class in the Client Portal, follow these steps:
- Go to https://booking.coachfirst.com/login and login to your account (we recommend using a tablet or laptop is possible)
- Click on "Book Now" which will take you to the Calendar page
- Use the Calendar to find the Camp or Program that you want to book, and click on that service
- Review the Camp Details and click Continue Booking
- Select the member(s) that you want to book for the Class
- Complete the questions for each member you are registering for the Camp/Program
- Select the package that you want to purchase and click Confirm Booking
- Enter your payment information and press the Pay button to complete your order
- You will see an Order Confirmation for your booking
- You can add the service to your device calendar by clicking on "Add to Calendar"
- If your Coach has emails turned on, you will receive an email confirmation for your booking
