Notifications in the CoachFirst App

You can turn push notifications on and off, and decide which kinds of notifications you want to receive, by updating the notifications settings in the CoachFirst app.

Step 1: Turning on Notifications for the CoachFirst app on your phone

To receive push notifications from CoachFirst, you must first enable notifications for the CoachFirst app on your phone.

Turning on Notifications for Apple iOS

• Go to the Settings app
• Select Notifications
• Scroll down until you see CoachFirst and click on it
• Turn on "Allow Notifications" and choose what kind of alerts you want to receive

Turning on Notifications for Android

• Go to the Settings app
• Select Notifications
• Select "App notifications"
• Scroll down until you see CoachFirst and click on it
• Turn on "Allow Notifications" and choose what kind of alerts you want to receive

Step 2: Configuring Notifications in the CoachFirst App

• To view the notification settings in CoachFirst, click on the settings menu icon on the bottom right of the screen
• Click on Notifications
• You can turn types of notifications on or off
• You can also decide how much lead time you want for your service reminder notifications
