Manage Scheduled Payments and Saved Cards

Viewing Scheduled Payments in the CoachFirst App


  • To view Scheduled Payments, click on the settings menu icon on the bottom right of the screen
  • Click on Scheduled Payments
  • If you have booked any Camps or Multi-Day Programs using an installment plan, those plans will be displayed here (you can click on the "Schedule" link to see all future payments)
  • If you are subscribed to a Membership, the name and next payment date will be displayed
  • For both Scheduled Payments and Memberships, you can click the pencil/edit icon to change the card that will be used for future payments

Managing Saved Cards in the CoachFirst App


  • To view and manage your saved card information, click on the settings menu icon on the bottom right of the screen
  • Click on Saved Cards
  • From that screen you can add a new card, or delete an existing one on file
  • Once a card has been added to your account, your Coach can also book services using your saved card information
  • Note: all card information is saved through Square; neither your Coach nor CoachFirst can view the actual card information and all information related to it is encrypted


Viewing Scheduled Payments and Saved Cards in the Client Portal


  • Go to https://booking.coachfirst.com/login and login to your account
  • Click on the Primary Member name at the top right corner to open the menu
  • Click on Saved Cards in the menu
  • From that screen you can add a new card, or delete an existing one on file
  • Once a card has been added to your account, your Coach can also book services using your saved card information
  • Note: all card information is saved through Square; neither your Coach nor CoachFirst can view the actual card information and all information related to it is encrypted


  • If you have booked any Camps or Multi-Day Programs using an installment plan, those plans will be displayed under Current Payment Plans (you can click on the down icon to expand the window and see all future payments)
  • If you are subscribed to a Membership, the name and next payment date will be displayed
  • For both Scheduled Payments and Memberships, you can click the pencil/edit icon to change the card that will be used for future payments
