Cancelling and Rescheduling Services

If your Coach has enabled these features, your can easily rescheduled or cancel a booking. Please see below for details on how to do so for different services.


Cancelling or Rescheduling a 1:1 Service in the CoachFirst App


To cancel or reschedule a 1:1 please follow these steps:


  • Click on the Calendar icon to view your currently booked services, or use the Next 5 Appointments/View All Upcoming Appointments link from the Home screen
  • Click on the appointment
  • To reschedule the appointment, click Reschedule and choose a new day and time
  • To cancel the appointment, click Cancel Service and confirm the cancellation
    • Note: when you cancel an appointment, you will automatically be issued a credit for the service; if you prefer a refund, please contact your Coach prior to cancelling the service


Cancelling or Rescheduling a 1:1 Service in the Client Portal


To cancel or reschedule a 1:1 please follow these steps:


  • Go to https://booking.coachfirst.com/login and login to your account
  • Click on the Primary Member's name at the upper right to open the menu, and select Dashboard
  • View and scroll through your booked services under Upcoming to find the appointment and click on it
  • To reschedule the appointment, click Reschedule and choose a new day and time
  • To cancel the appointment, click Cancel Service and confirm the cancellation
    • Note: when you cancel an appointment, you will automatically be issued a credit for the service; if you prefer a refund, please contact your Coach prior to cancelling the service


Cancelling a Class in the CoachFirst App


To cancel a Class please follow these steps:


  • Click on the Calendar icon to view your currently booked services, or use the Next 5 Appointments/View All Upcoming Appointments link from the Home screen
  • Click on the Class
  • To cancel the appointment, click Cancel Class, select the member(s) you want to remove from the Class, and confirm the cancellation
    • Note: when you cancel a Class, you will automatically be issued a credit for the service; if you prefer a refund, please contact your Coach prior to cancelling the service


Cancelling a Class in the Client Portal


To cancel a Class please follow these steps:


  • Click on the Primary Member's name at the upper right to open the menu, and select Dashboard
  • View and scroll through your booked services under Upcoming to find the appointment and click on it
  • Click on Update Registration
  • Click on the red Cancel button to the right
  • Select the member(s) you want to remove from the Class and click OK
    • Note: when you cancel a Class, you will automatically be issued a credit for the service; if you prefer a refund, please contact your Coach prior to cancelling the service


Cancelling a Camp or Multi-Day Program


To cancel a Camp of Multi-Day Program, please contact your Coach. It is currently not possible for clients to remove themselves from those services through CoachFirst.
