Step-by-Step Instructions

View the Order Report


  • From the home page, select Orders 
    • The Order Report displays every order for your business and includes important information about the client, the package purchased in the order, and whether the order has been paid or not
    • To easily find an order, you can use the filters at the top of the screen
    • Many Coaches find using the filter for Paid/Unpaid orders to be the most useful


    Viewing Order Details

    • To see more detailed information about an individual order, click on the order
    • You can also see the appointments associated with an order by clicking on "Appointments"
    • From the Appointments screen, you can cancel and refund an order


    Updating an Order

    • To update the payment status on an order, update the Payment Method at the bottom of the screen
    • Click on "Update Order" to save your changes
    • Example: if a Client has an Unpaid order and then pays you in cash, you can update the Payment Method from "Pay Later" to "Pay Now With Cash" - this order will now show as "Paid"
