Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the Settings menu using the stacked lines icon in the menu at the bottom right of the screen
- Select Payments from the menu
- Click on "Payment Settings for Clients"

- Your payment options are:
- Pay later
- When you select this option, your Clients book services without providing payment
- Orders by Clients using this method will be marked as "Unpaid" in the Order Report
- To track payments made by Clients by cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, etc., you will need to manually update each Order to "Paid"
- Pay using credit card
- When you select this option, Clients must pay for their order at the time they book a service using a card
- To accept cards, you will need to add your Square account to CoachFirst (the guide for adding your Square account can be found here)
- Client orders made with a card are automatically noted as "Paid" in the Order Report, and details about the payment (including a link to the Square receipt) are included in the Order Detail
- You also have the ability to refund card payments made by clients

- Both
- This option gives your clients the option to pay using a card or book your services with the "pay later" option.
- When you select this option, the payment options appear like this:

- Once you have made your selection, press the "Save" button
