Send a link to a specific Class or Camp to your Clients (Coach Portal)

Sharing a Link

• Navigate to the Calendar
• Find the Class that you want to share on the Calendar and click on it
• Click on the "Copy Link" button
• You can now paste that link into a text message, email, post it to social media or any other way that you want to share it
• Note: the link is to a Class or Camp scheduled for a specific day and time; this mean that you are sharing a link to that Class only, instead of a list to all of your Classes. To share a link with all of your Classes, you will want to share the link to your Public Calendar

Sharing a QR Code

• A unique QR code is generated for each of your Classes and Camps
• To share the QR code, click "Print this QR code" under the QR code
• You can then share the QR code wherever you want clients to book
• Pro tip: the QR code is particularly helpful if you are running a large event like a Camp, and walk-up registrants can scan the QR code to register on their own devices if you have it posted
