- Allow notifications for CoachFirst in your iPhone settings
- Change notification settings for iPhone (from Apple)
- Use notifications on your iPhone or iPad (from Apple)
- Allow notifications for CoachFirst in your Android settings
- Notifications on Android (from Google)
Update Notification Settings in CoachFirst
- Navigate to the Settings menu
- Select Notifications
- Turn notifications on/off based on your preferences
- Adjust the timing for reminders
- Click "Save"
