Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Open the Settings menu using the stacked lines icon in the menu at the bottom right of the screen
  • Select 1:1 Services from the menu
  • Click on "Add Service"
  • Add the Service Name and Description
  • Click on the "Add New Package" button and create at least one package of 1:1 services and associated pricing
    • Many coaches start with a single session and a standard price
    • You can create packages for multiple sessions, including those with volume discounts to generate more revenue and encourage clients to work with you long enough to see results
  • Select the duration of the service
  • Turn extra time after on/off
    • This gives you the ability to automatically block your calendar for a set period of time after the 1:1 session is done
    • For example, some coaches will set the duration for a 1:1 session for 55 minutes (which is what the Client sees when booking) and add 5 minutes to ensure they have time before their next session
  • Turn Online Booking on/off
  • Booking Family Members/Children
    • If you have Primary Members that will be booking for Family Members, you will want to turn this setting on
    • This is an important setting if you have parents booking services for their children, or when you have an adult that handles booking for their spouse of another adult
    • Learn more about Primary Members and Family Members
  • Assign the Coaches that are able to offer the 1:1 service
  • Click "Add" button to save the service
