Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the Settings menu using the stacked lines icon in the menu at the bottom right of the screen
- Select 1:1 Services from the menu
- Click on "Add Service"
- Add the Service Name and Description
- Click on the "Add New Package" button and create at least one package of 1:1 services and associated pricing
- Many coaches start with a single session and a standard price
- You can create packages for multiple sessions, including those with volume discounts to generate more revenue and encourage clients to work with you long enough to see results
- Select the duration of the service
- Turn extra time after on/off
- This gives you the ability to automatically block your calendar for a set period of time after the 1:1 session is done
- For example, some coaches will set the duration for a 1:1 session for 55 minutes (which is what the Client sees when booking) and add 5 minutes to ensure they have time before their next session
- Turn Online Booking on/off

- Booking Family Members/Children
- If you have Primary Members that will be booking for Family Members, you will want to turn this setting on
- This is an important setting if you have parents booking services for their children, or when you have an adult that handles booking for their spouse of another adult

- Assign the Coaches that are able to offer the 1:1 service
- Click "Add" button to save the service
