Step-by-Step Instructions

  • CoachFirst gives you control over what services, days, and times clients can book with you
  • Follow these 3 steps to open your calendar for client booking:
    1. Select which 1:1 services you want to be available for client booking
    2. Set the hours that you want to be available for 1:1 booking
    3. Turn on public booking for 1:1s


Step 1: Making a 1:1 service available for client booking

  • Open the Settings menu using the stacked lines icon in the menu at the bottom right of the screen
  • Select 1:1 Services from the menu
  • Select a 1:1 service
  • Turn the toggle for Online Booking on
  • Select those Coaches that will be able to offer the service
  • Press the "save" button

Step 2: Setting you available times for client booking

  • Open the Settings menu using the stacked lines icon in the menu at the bottom right of the screen
  • Select Coaches from the menu
  • Select a Coach
  • Press the "Work Hours" tab on the upper right
  • Set up your standard available schedule for the week using the pencil icon and Add Breaks button
    • Note: this schedule of weekly availability is for your standard schedule; to tailor your availability for a specific day, week, or month, please use the Block Time feature
  • Select the amount of lead time you would like for client bookings using "Booking Advance Duration" duration at the bottom of the screen - this helps save you from someone booking with no lead time!

Step 3: Turn on public booking

  • Turn on the toggle for Available for Client Booking at the top of the screen
  • Congratulations, you are now live and publicly available for booking for 1:1s!

Viewing Your Public Calendar

  • To see what your clients will see, you can view your public calendar and ensure it works the way you want before sending it to your clients
  • To view your public calendar, navigate to the Calendar and click on the link icon at the upper right
  • Share the link with yourself (messaging works well for this)
  • Click on the link you sent, this will take you to the Client Portal
  • Click on "1:1 Sessions"
  • Select a publicly available service and you as the Coach
  • Log in to the Client Portal using the same credentials you use to log in to your Coach account
  • Select different dates to see your publicly available times
  • Make adjustments to the settings until it looks right to you, and reach out to us at CoachFirst any time for assistance!
