Block Time on Your Calendar (Hub App)
Use Block Time to modify your weekly schedule

Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the CoachFirst Hub App
Click on the calendar icon at the bottom of the screen
Click on the Red Circle in the lower right corner of the screen
Choose Block Time

Choose Coach
Add description (this is a required field)
Adjust the Start/End date and time accordingly and then click the Add button
Add additional times and dates as necessary
When finished click Save to add the times to the calendar

Additional Notes
Cancel Block Time
In the calendar click on the blocked time
Click “Cancel Block Time”
