Block Time on Your Calendar (Hub App)

Use Block Time to modify your weekly schedule

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Open the CoachFirst Hub App

  • Click on the calendar icon at the bottom of the screen

  • Click on the Red Circle in the lower right corner of the screen

  • Choose Block Time

  • Choose Coach

  • Add description (this is a required field)

  • Adjust the Start/End date and time accordingly and then click the Add button

  • Add additional times and dates as necessary

  • When finished click Save to add the times to the calendar

Additional Notes

Cancel Block Time

  • In the calendar click on the blocked time

  • Click “Cancel Block Time”
