Step-by-Step Instructions
- From the main menu on the left, navigate to Settings -> Coach Settings -> Working Hours
- Select the Location at the top of the page that you want to set your hours for
- Note: your working hours are specific to each location, so you need to set them for each location where you offer 1:1s)
- Turn on Booking availability to allow clients to book your available hours for a 1:1 service
- Note: for your calendar to be fully available, you need to be assigned to a 1:1 service that is also enabled for public booking. To learn more, see Turn on Client Booking for 1:1s
- Set the Notice for clients booking period for the amount of lead time you want when a Client books time with you. This is crucial to make sure you have enough time to get ready and meet the client for their session

- Scroll down to the Workplan section to view and edit your standard weekly schedule
- Click the pencil icon to edit the hours that you are available for 1:1 services for each day, including making you unavailable on certain days
- Use the Add Breaks button to remove time during the day from your standard weekly schedule
- Use the red copy icon to copy your schedule for one day to another one

- Your standard weekly schedule is now set!
- To modify your availability for a specific day, week, or month, use the Block Time feature on the Calendar
