Create a 1:1 Service (Coach Portal)

• From the main menu on the left, navigate to Settings -> Set Up Services -> 1:1

• Click on the "+Add Service" button
• Create the Service Name and Service Description (these will be displayed to your Clients for public bookings)
• Click on the "Add New Package" button and create at least one package of 1:1 services and associated pricing
• Many coaches start with a single session and a standard price
• You can create packages for multiple sessions, including those with volume discounts to generate more revenue and encourage clients to work with you long enough to see results

• Select the duration of the service
• Turn online booking on or off (see Turning On Client-Facing Features for more details)
• Assign the Coaches that will be offering the 1:1 service
• Click on "Add Service" button to save the service

Depending on how you want to run your business, these other options may be helpful:

Extra time after

• This gives you the ability to automatically block your calendar for a set period of time after the 1:1 session is done
• For example, some coaches will set the duration for a 1:1 session for 55 minutes (which is what the Client sees when booking) and add 5 minutes to ensure they have time before their next session

Resource

• If you have resources like like a studios or fitness rooms, pieces of equipment, or sports fields or courts that you use for the 1:1 services, you can identify those here.
• The Resources attached to the 1:1 service here are then available to include when you book a service. Note that Resources are controlled by the Coach and cannot be booked by a Client when they schedule an appointment.

Family Members

• If you have Primary Members that will be booking for Family Members, you will want to turn this setting on
• This is an important setting if you have parents booking services for their children, or when you have an adult that handles booking for their spouse of another adult
