View the Order Report

- The Order Report displays every order for your business and includes important information about the client, the package purchased in the order, and whether the order has been paid or not

- To easily find an order, you can use the filters at the top of the page, the search box at the right, or sort by clicking on the column headers
- Many Coaches find using the filter for Paid/Unpaid orders to be the most useful
Viewing Order Details
- To see more detailed information about an individual Order, click on the pencil icon in the Action column of the Order Report for the order you want to view

- The Order details include who placed the order, the payment status (paid, unpaid, refunded) and method, and all of the appointments associated with that order
- For Orders paid with a card, the payment details include the amount paid by the client, the fees associated with the order, and the net proceeds to your business; a link to the Square receipt is also included, which can also be shared with Clients
- If an appointment associated with the Order has been cancelled, that will also be displayed, including whether a credit was added to the Client's account when the appointment was cancelled
Updating an Order
- To update the payment status on an order, click on the pencil icon in the Action column of the Order Report
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the Update Order Data section

- Once you have made updates to the price, quantity, and/or Payment Method, click on "Update"
- The order status will be updated in the Order details and the Order Report
- Coaches find that for payment made by cash, check, and payment apps like Venmo, Zelle, etc updating orders is necessary to not let a payment slip through the cracks
